We are looking for two passionate sales hunters.

Kooi customers need the most reliable end2end mobile security on-site. They need rest assured while building new construction, infrastructure, wind and solar parks for our future society. Kooi are experts in providing just that complete security solution - and proven successful by doubling our sales over the past 3 years across Europe. In team Nordic, we are a small relatively newly established team based out of Denmark looking for two new self-driven and mature Nordic Sales managers each to have a vertical segment ownership.’ Due to the nature of our small Nordic team you will report to the new Managing Director, Nordic.

You

First of all, you have to fit into our solution oriented, informal culture with high quality standards. In addition, we are looking for someone who can take our sales in Nordic to the next level.

  • Sales experience. Ideally, but not a must, with network in construction, solar, infrastructure and/or rental equipment.
  • Entrepreneurship. With will-power and ability to create own commercial opportunities
  • Quality focused
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate in Scandinavian and English
  • Ability to work independently and easily navigate both head- and home office
  • Living in southern Sweden or Denmark

You are likeable with convincing, trustworthy and empathic personality. Energetic, entrepreneurial spirit, seize opportunities relentlessly and has shown you convert plans into actual sales without compromising being a good team player, meaning an ability to build a strong network externally and internally. You listen and translate customer needs into best Kooi solutions. You are ambitious and don’t freeze when you hear growth rates of 50-70%. Triggered and not frightened by kick-starting a low-penetration market. You approach it as a great opportunity to make a big impact.

Your focus is therefore to conquer your segment with creative freedom but without reinventing and compromising the business model. We are not selling products but complete end2end security rental solutions. We only have a 2% churn rate, that ultimately shows the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction, which is crucial for a success in a long term rental business.

You will be working independently and with your regional Nordic team. You easily navigate between different customers in terms of size and across Nordic cultures. You will be on ‘Teams’ and on the road to customers frequently doing newbizz and building relations. Finally, you ensure that the assignment is well coordinated with your ‘best friend’ and internal project manager that will execute on your promises and secure a smooth customer experience.
